History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Whurbin was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
