Description: This man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: Theobald is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Armorer like his father before him.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his flail. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly flails and halberds. He has no hair. His gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Qemuel is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption

Description: He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a white coat with green slacks. He carries with him a set of lances on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. His white fur, when down, is lengthy. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Body Guard. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Flask alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Flask was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and further expansion of business
