Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His crest is green and curly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Shamash was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shamash decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His fur is cut close to his head. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tree fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his chestnut hair down. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thorpe does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Thorpe was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears baggy green pantaloons and a black scarf. His crest, while still mostly gold, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
