History: Born to a Mayor, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nirgel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nirgel. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Shivering was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
