History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Ogbur was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Armorer.
