Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a Butcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Ernest and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family.

Through the years after Flogg was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Flogg's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Flogg and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and wants his loneliness to end
