Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Iados was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
