History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Gildmak's homeland. Gildmak decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He usually wears his tan robe and has his greataxe always slung over his shoulder. He wears his beige fur down. His skin is flawless and his yellow eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
