History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Description: This slender man stands about 3'3". He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker blue hat.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Gnome Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He is an epitome of beauty. His hair is auburn and curly. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mercenary. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mercenary business.

History: Born to a Barrister, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is cut close to his head. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Qualen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
