Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has shaved his head bald. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Fargas hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Fargas was born the youngest of three triplets. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and he perpetually has his bastard sword ready. His black fur is greasy and uncared for. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Jade took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a pickaxe on his belt. His blue crest is unkempt and raggedy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Rhogar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Gardener again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'2". He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a red coat, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sai. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born in the east to a Detective, Vlorn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
