Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a simple grey robe with green stripes complete with hood. His hair is chestnut and very short. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Norûk and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This late middle aged man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat and is in decent physical shape. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
