Tharivol grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tharivol. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
