Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization.
