History: Gifted from a young age, Valafar studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Valafar took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: A 3'3" southern man, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This late middle aged man very much looks the part of a Crown-heir and is in decent physical shape. He has styled his beige fur well, parting it to the left. His fierce copper eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
