History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alex grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alex. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
