History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Gifted from a young age, Randal studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
