History: Bucklal lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Farmer and found it very stressful. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Tûkâ was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tûkâ decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
