History: He comes from a rich western family. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kilvar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
