Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
