Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears a colorful flower in his brown hair. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: Ekemon is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.

History: He got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Guard again; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His bronze crest is unkempt and raggedy. His ears are large.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arjhan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Arjhan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Arjhan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Burto embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Burto took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom
