Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bathin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Engraver. He has worked as a Engraver like his mother before him.
