Description: He stands about 5'8" and has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His white hair is thinning but still full. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Navigator. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has achieved small success as a Navigator.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a painter again

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a pastel cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. He wears his brown hair up. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has moderate length black hair. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed white hat.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Norman was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mercenary and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his sister

Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His fur is white and very short. His copper eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and a deep hatred of gnolls
