History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
