History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Engraver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hupe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Halfling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Server job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
