History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Barkeep, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.
