Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Brewer responsibilities is difficult; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: Scrag hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family.
