Delebean Waggletop, Male Gnome [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This northern man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency.
