Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Chad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Zephan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Zephan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Zephan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
