Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: Dworic hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Dworic lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Brewer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

History: Ûshgol was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ûshgol never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
