Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He wears his blonde hair up. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Geoffrey grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Geoffrey. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
