Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. History: Mogg hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Mogg alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
