History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He very much looks the part of a Scribe. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Osco is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
