Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Whurbin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Whurbin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new beggar responsibilities is difficult

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is a Soapmaker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Eberdeb was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
