History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bellfounder born in the past three hundred years. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Rurik was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rurik decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
