Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the south. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
