History: Eldon was born with his father's beautiful face. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Veit was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Veit's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
