History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Altho never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He tends to his Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
