History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a pastel vest and prefers grey and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. He has a dull look in his black eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
