Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fulbar grew up listening to his father's many stories. Through the years after Fulbar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Fulbar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
