History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gale was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Darrow is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a Unemployed soon after.
