History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the north to a Bowyer, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
