Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ortegar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His first spouse was a Hunter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his left hand. His fur is cut close to his head. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Smoking embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. Smoking enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tabaxi people; and he is greedy
