History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Gimgen and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Dilettante, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Hubert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hubert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
