History: Tim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
