History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Guy was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He became a Scribe soon after.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Roland was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the south to a Beggar, Pelaios learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Priest, but he got bored and became a Beggar. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
