He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Blacksmith for the past few years.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ribbles alone in the world.
