Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Kelter was born with his mother's beautiful face. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. During his travels, Kelter and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Kelter discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
