History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
