History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Oblar hails from a village terrorized by drow. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.
