History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Altho reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
